Information:
Eggman Nega is Blaze the Cat's arch-enemy. The theory is that Eggman Nega is to Blaze as Dr. Robotnik is to Sonic.

He is heartless and calculating, in eerie contrast to his polite speech and manners. He has also been described as very sneaky, even disguising himself as Eggman at one point. His downside, however, is that he can sometimes lose track of important details while making unnecessary speeches.
