Information:
Jules is Sonic's father.

On a mission before Robotnik's rule Jules was badly injured. The doctors were unable to help him. In a last ditch attempt to save his brother Charles (Uncle Chuck) used his latest but untested invention, the Robotozier. The Robotozizer didn't work as planned and drained Jules of his free will.

Although most of those robotozied got derobotozized, Jules is the only one to be permanently robotozied.
