Apperance:
William is aproximately 3 foot two inches tall.

he wears a standerd issue GUN Grassland camoflage patterned bullet proof jacket and matching Camo Trowsers and Black steel toe capped boots. while his sleeveless shirt is faded red in colour.
he also wears light-ish green gloves with the middlt two fingers missing.

He has a white muzzle that has three wiskers coming off each side the biggest being in the center.
he has sky blue fur and a white stripe across the top of his tail.
the tips of his ears have small white fur patches that split into two 'spike' like shapes.
his irises are light green in colour

Personality:
William is a strong willed forward thinking person. he often acts the way he thinks is right. becuse of this he has never been promoted to anything higer then a private first class.

he hates to see people singled our becuse of GUN's wants or needs and will often help these indeviduals escape but manages to make it look like they escaped on their own.

overall dispite his age he is rather wise but has a very short fuse, be reasonable with him he will me reasonable back. show any sign of agression and he will start to act more 'feral' and agressive.

Background:
William comes from a very cold and hostile enviroment near the north pole of Mobius. he was originaly part of a nomadic tribe of arctic Wolves, he eventualy left for a reason unknown.
he also never talks about his history.

soon after he arrived in central city he was Employed by GUN as a publicity stunt to integrate Mobians into the forces.

Powers and Abilities:
William has a natural ability that incereces his rate of healing and the healing rate of those around him. the cause for this is unknown. when GUN found out about he was posted as a Medic in combat situations.

Other:
a few months after his first major battle he sufferd from post traumatic stress and had a mental breakdown.
