Apperance:
red with blue glowes lookss like sonic

Personality:
can sometimes be naive and let emerald trick him into finding the chaos emeralds for him then turned on tidal and nearly took over mobious. he chooses good andis hard to get angry and prefers taking his enemies out with his cunning rather than brute force.

Background:
shortly after he was born his parents were killed in one of emeralds bombing raids. (he didnt know who killed them until after he helped emerald). he grew up to seek revenge on the person who killed his parents. after emerald admitted to killing them after he helped his plot he attempted to defeat emerald but was almost killed even though he was in ultra tidal form he could not defeat emerald and if he hadnt have been rescued by hyper sonic he would be dead by now

Powers and Abilities:
an amazing and intelligent scientist that can create powerful weapons and other things. he can use chaos spear and a large variety of other chaos powers. with a chaos emerald he can transform into super tidal. with all seven he can transform into ultra tidal
