Background:
Walter the Owl is an oldest member of the Heiwa no Kage. He is well known for his intelligence and his wisdom, often getting approached by other members for advice. He was the one who found Doshi Bee when he was an infant and took him in as his adopted son. Despite having some issues dealing with Doshi's...energetic behavior, he really cares for him much like he does for other members. During the events of Zack Venom's control over the organization, Walter was going to be executed until he was saved by his old friend Troy the Wolf. After Troy passed away, he along with Tyler the Great started to help CosamarÃ© the Panther to return the Heiwa no Kage to their former glory. One thing to keep in mind is that...he does have a habit of hooting a lot, which is something he personally cannot control.
