Personality:
Vortex is reckless, hot headed and refuses to back down, even if he's on a verge of death.

Background:
Vortex the Echidna is one of the members of the Heiwa no Kage and is a best friend of Walker the Hedgehog and Hurricane "Tower" Rider. He has a huge problem trusting Mobians, or what he tends to call them "Light Dwellers" due to being betrayed by one and was left for dead, but was saved by Walter the Owl. He works as a bouncer for the Moon-Lake Bar and has deep feelings for Sarii the Cat.
