Background:
A newly assigned leader of the Heiwa no Kage, CosamarÃ© the Panther was an orphan that was adopted by Troy the Wolf when he was 10 years old and began his training to become a future leader of the organization. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to fully complete his training when Zack Venom took over. After the battle against Zack, Troy was fatally poisoned and he gave his leadership to CosamarÃ© before he died. CosamarÃ© made a promise to Troy that he would help his brethren protect Lunar from Lorack and the Metallic X and become just as great of a leader as he was. However, he started to doubt his abilities when more of his members were slowly killed off by the Metallic X one by one and only got worse when he started refusing to change a few rules for signing members to their missions; afraid that it could lead to more corruption in the organization.
