Apperance:
Looks like Sonic,except with yellow fur,black and magenta eyes,grey gloves,cyan and black shoes and socks and hair that's pointing up.

Personality:
He's literally as evil as Sonic is good,and does not want help in anything.

Background:
He's an experiment made by Dr.Eggman called "Project Negative",made to defeat Sonic.However,the project skill was more than anticipated,surprising him.He was sent to defeat Sonic,however,on his way to Sonic,he was able to destroy everything and everyone on his path.

Powers and Abilities:
Attacks:
Chaos Dash:Dash right through the opponent.
Chaos Boom:Grabs the opponent and makes an explosion,hurting both him and the opponent.
Chaos Combo:Makes multiple Chaos Dashes at the opponent.
Chaos Empower:Boost his power,speed and stamina.Can only use 5 times.
Chaos Magic:Boost his magic power.Can only use 10 times.
Chaos Barrier:Creates a shield around him.Need enough magic power.
Chaos Up-wave:Creates a beam directly below the opponent.Need enough magic power
Chaos Boomcombo:Same as Chaos Combo,but with an explosion on each dash that only hurts the opponent.Need a lot of magic power.(Ultimate Attack)
Abilities:
Insane speed.
Big intelligence.
Great strength.
Good durability.
Slow but high healing.
Great sight,agility and reflexes.
Can fly with enough magic power.

Other:
His name is both a synonym of Sonic and a combination of the words Sonic and "phony",which means fake.
