Personality:
He's very evil.His mision is to destroy the whole World,then the galaxy,then the universe.He,however,isn't THAT bad against evil.His good copy is,actually,very good.His mision is to protect the World,galaxy,and universe from his evil copy.The good copy is good with the heroes.

Background:
Xeno was made from the energy of the universe 1000 years after the Big Bang(Meaning he is 1000 years younger than the universe).He was good since then.When he saw the Earth had some people,he decided to protect the planet.He once wanted the explore the universe,so he created a copy of him to do his job while the real Xeno explores the universe.However,the real Xeno accidentaly inhaled some dark matter on his adventure.He turned evil by the dark matter.He tried to destroy the World many times,since it was an easy target,however he has been always defeated by his copy,who was still good.

Powers and Abilities:
Both Xenos are unbelivable strong.They created a lot of chaos attacks,which includes:
Chaos Beam(Launches an energy beam)
Chaos Laser(Shoots a laser that destroys or kills the enemy)(Ultimate Attack)
Chaos Barrier(Make an indestructable barrier that acts like a shield)
Chaos Pillar(Which is Chaos Beam from below the enemy)
Chaos Bomb(An energy ball that make a powerful explosion)
Chaos Nuke(A "Super version" of the Chaos Bomb)
Chaos Copy(Copy an object)
Chaos Create(Creates an object(Sometimes upgraded))
Chaos Shockwave(An energy ball that,when hits the ground,make a powerful shockwave)
Chaos Sphere(Launches an energy sphere that varies size)
Chaos Heal(Heals himself or someone else completely)
And more!(They also have all other chaos attacks that were "made" by someone else,but they must learn them)
They can also:
Lift ANYTHING
Use unrestricted magic(Has no penalty)
Change to ANY shape
Can learn and retain shape
Use unlimited spells(which can be used without practice),as well as magic,stats and magical trinkets accessories
Use natural weapons
Teleport ANYWHERE(even another time and/or dimension)
Be invisible whenever he wants,no matter what
Use telekinesis without decrease
Use telepathy
And fly
They also have:
Unbelivable intelligence
Better than normal human night vision
Super human agility and reflexes
Extreme speed
A super form(Which is yellow,yellow-orange and orange instead of cyan,blue and dark blue)
A hyper form(Which is white,gray and black instead of cyan,blue and dark blue)
And a true hyper form(Which flashes in random colors,like Hyper Sonic)

Other:
I created this character with a game called "Sonic Character Desinger" and used the way how he looked like there as an image.If anybody makes a drawing of him,I will appreciate it AND use it here(and,of course,give credit).

To make it clear,the song acts like if Xeno was singing this.
The age for the evil copy would be around 13.699.999.000 years old.
The true hyper form is also called "Ultra form".

Constructive Criticism: I would ditch the cliche bad guy, cliche good guy stuff. He seems... Unoriginal. No offense. Try going with something a little more unique. The number of abilities he has is also ridiculously too much. Despite having created a clone of himself with equal powers, the battle between them, alone, is enough to cause extreme universal unbalance, which would result in not only the Earth's destruction, but the universe's destruction as well, at least 10,000 times over. Try toning it down. Remember, Shadow the Hedgehog is the Ultimate Lifeform, and that sort of sets a guideline to which most Sonic FCs/OCs should follow, if this character resides within the same universe as Sonic, Shadow, and the others. Last I checked, not even Shadow had THAT many abilities even with a Chaos Emerald! And his creation is just... Too out there. I mean, kudos for the extreme originality, it's utter brilliance, but it's just... Too crazy to be able to wrap your head around, you know what I mean?
